RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

If you wish, you can return your purchase at no cost within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products purchased on the site.
Remember that the responsibility in case of loss or damage of the package remains with you. The products must not have been worn or used or tampered with and returned in the appropriate box with relative guarantee and copy of the order confirmation.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the defective products.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal, receiving a refund of the amount paid, if these conditions are met:

The products must not have been used, modified or customized;
The boxes of the products must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches;
The product must be accompanied by the guarantee and a copy of the order confirmation.
Instead of a refund of the amount spent, you can request the replacement of the item with another of the same amount as the value spent (therefore net of coupons and promotional codes).
Remember that, in the case of a return with a refund, the shipping costs incurred in the purchase phase will not be refunded, and you will also be responsible for any loss or damage. Furthermore, the products must not have been worn or used and have the appropriate seals.
How to make an online purchase with home delivery
To return an order placed on the site, follow these simple instructions:

Send an email using this dedicated form, indicating: the order number you received via email and present inside the package (essential for managing the return) and the reason for the return. If you can, also leave your phone number and a time slot in which you prefer to be contacted.
You will be contacted by our call center and you will receive by email a pdf file to be printed and attached to the package. In this form you will also find the telephone number to contact the courier and order a socket for the collection of your package.
If you can, use the original packaging, including the jewelry, packaging and copy of the purchase document. Always make sure to attach the form you received via email to the package.
Send the package to the address "Genius srls - Corso Italia, 100 - 58015 Orbetello (GR)".
Remember, you have 14 days (from the date of receipt of the order) to request Genius to return a purchase.

The return will be taken over within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at our central warehouse. In some cases you will be contacted for any additional information needed.

The refund will be made with the same payment method within 14 working days from the acceptance of the return.
Once the refund has been made, the technical times for crediting the credit card or Paypal account depend on your bank circuit.
In the event that the payment of the products was made by prepaid card or bank transfer, refunds will be made by crediting the card or current account from which the charge was originally made.
So in case of payment by bank transfer we will contact you to provide us with your bank details.
